Only payed attention to Breaking Benjamin
The only group I was actually interested in was The Doobie Brothers. The VIP diamond package I purchased was extremely happy with the service, the people who were available to assist us once we got into the venue, and how welcoming and generous Breaking Benjamin were with their time and attention. Nobody in the venue was ready for us when they let us in at 1:30. We were told according to the VIP directions to ensure that we were at the venue by 2:00. It was definitely frustrating to not be told this earlier. At 1:30, when we got there at 1:15, nothing was ready and we were told that we couldn't even park until 1:30. Some people actually got to park for free because the parking attendants weren't aware we were coming up, and it wasn't initially clear where we had to stop to pay to park because nobody was outside and nothing was ready. Once we got into the event and started interacting with the staff, it was great. The food and drink available was also great. It had a nice variety and was really good. The speaker available to our group specifically was not turned up before the show started. For the majority of the concert, we really couldn't hear the band. It would have been nice had this been checked before we got on stage considering how much money we paid. However, once we started, we assumed that this was due to the position of us being on stage but then Jason, one of the band members, offered to turn it up for us and it got much better.
